Requirements: At least 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; previous supervisory responsibilities; proficiency in Windows, Company approved spreadsheets, and word processing; ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests; multitasking and prioritization skills; strong problem-solving abilities; excellent understanding and evaluation of complex information from various sources; adherence to confidentiality requirements
