Position: Operations and Hotel Manager – Management
About: Genesis Hospitality & Dining (GHD) is currently seeking a Corporate and Hotel Manager to assist the GH Director in defining and implementing the commercial and management strategy of the company. The Corporate and Hotel Manager will oversee sections or divisions within GHD, manage daily operations, and ensure the highest quality services are provided.
Requirements: Previous working experience as a hospitality manager or assistant hospitality manager for three (3) years; working experience in customer service or sales (front end) or working experience in kitchen operation (back end); knowledge of best practices and procedures for customer service and kitchen operations; culinary experience including pastry is a plus; hands-on experience with MS Office and relevant software; excellent communication, leadership, relationship building, and interpersonal skills; problem-solving aptitude; BA in hospitality management or a related field is a plus; understanding of costs in P&L reports and controls on those costs; organizational ability
