You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those that are looking for a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members that work best with your schedule. We require active engagement by picking up and working shifts, responding to our attempts at contact, and maintaining regular attendance. Your communication and ability to work when our business demands are critical to your success. If offered a position, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and a structured training schedule to prepare for the role. The role of a Guest Advocate involves advocating for guest experience, engaging with guests, providing exceptional service, and promoting Target Loyalty programs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to work independently and with a team; effective communication skills; attention to detail; flexibility in work schedule required; capability to lift and move merchandise safely; willingness to engage guests around products and services; experience in customer service preferred; capability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift; comply with safety policies and best practices
