Position: Nursing Director
About: Sunrise Senior Living’s Brighton Gardens of Winston-Salem is seeking a Resident Care Director (RCD) to lead and manage health and wellness, care coordination, and services for residents. The RCD will oversee Care programs, regulatory compliance, recruiting, and performance management in a nurturing community setting.
Requirements: Graduate of an accredited college or school of nursing with a current state/provincial RN license; minimum two years RN experience with at least one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care; minimum of one year nursing management experience; CPR and First Aid certification; knowledge of applied nursing practices, infection control, and clinical performance data
