Position: Member Events & Communications Manager
About: DragonRidge Country Club is seeking a passionate and experienced Member Events and Communications Manager. This position is integral to enhancing the membership experience by leading the planning and execution of club events, managing member communications, and fostering positive member relations. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences for our members.
Requirements: o Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire members.; o Exceptional attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.; o Proven experience in supervising and leading a team, with a focus on delivering high-quality member experiences.; o Excellent customer service skills, with a commitment to exceeding member expectations.; o Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.; o Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and experience with event management software is preferred.; o Previous experience in a similar role within a private club, hospitality, or event management setting is highly desirable.; o A strong background in event planning, member relations, and communications is essential.; o A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.; o A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in member relations, event management, or a similar role within a high-end private club or hospitality setting.; Will be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays to support club events and member activities.; The role involves significant time spent speaking, walking, standing, and listening, as well as the mental and physical activities associated with planning and overseeing events.
