Position: Member Concierge III
About: Life Time is a health and wellness company dedicated to delivering the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. The Membership Concierge III position involves actively promoting Life Time to prospective members, assisting with the buying experience, and contributing to club acquisition and retention goals. This role serves as a leader on The Concierge Team, providing expertise and modeling behaviors that cultivate a culture of service, all in a fun and healthy work environment that focuses on building value-based relationships to increase brand loyalty and support members in achieving their healthy lifestyle goals.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; minimum of 1-year customer service experience; minimum of 1-year sales experience; completion of Membership Sales Certification within 60 days of hire; completion of Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire
