Position: MDS Coordinator / Resident Care Manager RN Full Time
About: This is a smaller 20-bed skilled nursing unit in a beautiful Life Plan Community offering better work-life balance and quality of life for employees. It is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with rotating on-call responsibilities with the Director of Nursing.
Requirements: Current RN license for the state of application required; prior nursing experience as LPN or RN in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care required; MDS certification preferred or can be obtained upon hire; Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing preferred
