Position: McDonald’s Assistant General Managers
About: We are an independent owner/operator of McDonald’s looking for exceptional leaders who care about customers, team well-being, and store environment. Department Managers set the tone for the shift, ensuring McDonald’s standards are met and targets achieved. Responsibilities include food safety, communication, inventory management, crew management, quality food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of customer service experience preferred and 1 year of McDonald’s experience required; ServSafe Manager certification
