Position: Marlin Bar Sous Chef

Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of high volume culinary/hospitality experience; current food handler’s card and certifications as required by law; strong knowledge of food/restaurant service skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills; willingness to perform all necessary duties to support the business
