Position: Market Assistant Director of Sales
About: White Lodging is seeking an Assistant Director of Sales to support the Director of Sales in managing, coordinating, and executing sales operations for the hotel. This role requires a creative, enthusiastic, and hands-on professional with a passion for motivating others and exceeding sales goals. Responsibilities include driving sales efforts, supervising sales managers, booking rooms, and submitting business plans and reports.
Requirements: Candidates should possess a 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or equivalent experience with 5+ years of sales experience in a similar sized operation. Required skills include effective time, resource, and personnel management, strong knowledge of the travel industry, computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Delphi FDC, as well as excellent communication and customer service abilities.
