Position: Managing Director Group Manufacturing – Prepared Foods Bakery
About: This position is for a Managing Director in Group Manufacturing within Prepared Foods Bakery located in Springdale, AR, United States. The role involves leading the operations team to ensure profitability and top-notch service to customers, overseeing multiple plant operations and a large team.
Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or Agri-Business Science desired or equivalent experience; 10 years of operations experience with at least three years of plant management experience; food manufacturing experience preferred. Computer Skills: Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with SAP BI and Success Factors preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. Special Skills: Highly motivated with a record of performance excellence in sales management and leadership; deep knowledge of Prepared Foods production systems and supply. Travel: 50 – 75% travel per year.
