Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in technical or safety-related field or equivalent experience; 2 years of supervisorial experience in railroad operations or maintenance; 7 years of experience as a Railroad Employee with an FRA regulated agency; Experience in incident investigation using various techniques to determine root cause; Requires familiarity with and ability to stay current with industry standards
