Position: Manager in Training
About: Drury Hotels, a family-owned company with more than 150 hotels in 26 states, is seeking candidates for their Manager in Training Program (MIT) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This program offers recent college graduates an intensive fourteen-week training to prepare them for a permanent role as a hotel manager within the company.
Requirements: Recent college graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, business, or a related field; nine months of prior work experience (hotel or restaurant preferred); prior leadership experience; energetic and personable individual with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences; dedicated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
