Position: Manager, Front of House Operations Graylyn Conference Center
About: This position at Wake Forest University involves overseeing Room Operations and ensuring high standards of service and professionalism. The individual will work under the Assistant General Manager/Director of Room Operations and adapt to different shifts as needed.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree plus two years of related experience with supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience; ability to create a captivating environment; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; managerial capabilities; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; knowledge of property management software systems and Microsoft Office or Google Suite; valid driver’s license with a good driving record; ability to work flexible shifts and handle various tasks effectively
