Position: Manager, Destination Experiences
About: The Royal Caribbean Group’s Celebrity Cruises brand has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Manager Destination Experiences on the Onboard Revenue Operations Team reporting to the Senior Director Destination Experiences. This position will work onsite in Miami, Florida.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent; 10 or more years working in a position or project that delivered ideas and concepts as final products; 10 years or more of experience in the cruise or travel industry; Previous shipboard experience or working closely with shipboard leadership; Ability to travel up to 10-30% of the time; Strong geographical knowledge and extensive travel experience; Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment; Experience in high-performing operational teams and project management; Exceptional project management skills with the ability to drive consensus in cross-functional teams; Must be disciplined and comfortable with ambiguity
