Position: Manager, Culinary Operations Program Management, Amazon Fresh Stores
About: The Amazon Fresh Core Processes team is looking for a Manager for Culinary Operations Program Management to join their ambitious and driven team that is changing the landscape of retail. This role involves working back from core customer needs to develop operating strategies and processes in Amazon Fresh Kitchens, collaborating with stakeholder teams to operationalize new culinary initiatives for customers, and using data to track program effectiveness and identify areas for strategy improvement.
Requirements: 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience; 5+ years of team management experience; 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience; 5+ years of program or project management experience; Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements; 5+ years leading in a culinary operation; Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership; 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Self-motivated, able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team; Willingness to work ~25% of your time in stores, which may include travel
