Position: Manager
About: The Soho’s Capitol Market is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations. The Manager will lead both Front of House and Back of House teams, working closely with all staff to ensure smooth operation and exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements: 4+ years restaurant experience; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Organized and capable of multitasking with attention to detail; Knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word and Excel; High standards of personal hygiene and appearance; Ability to be on feet for several hours; Experience using POS systems preferred; Servsafe training preferred
