Position: Manager
About: Rare and Well-Done, a fine dining restaurant, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead department-level restaurant operations in line with the company’s core values and exceptional service standards. The Manager will play a pivotal role in upholding service excellence and ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests at Rare and Well-Done.
Requirements: Previous salaried management experience in fine dining restaurants is preferred; proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications preferred; Servsafe or similar Manager’s Food Handler’s Certificate; Alcohol Certification (based on location); ability to handle physical demands including lifting, carrying, and balancing trays, standing for extended periods, and exerting up to 40 pounds of force without hesitation
