Position: Manager
About: A fine dining restaurant is looking for a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead department-level restaurant operations, upholding the company’s core values and providing a top-notch dining experience. The Manager will demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and execution of service standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous salaried management experience in fine dining restaurants preferred; proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications preferred; Servsafe or similar Manager’s Food Handler’s Certificate; Alcohol Certification (based on location); ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for extended durations, and balancing trays while maneuvering in various settings
