Position: Main Kitchen Manager
About: The Gary SouthShore RailCats, a professional baseball franchise, is seeking a seasonal full-time Main Kitchen Manager to join their team for the 2025 season. The Main Kitchen Manager will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the main kitchen within the ballpark, providing an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and exciting environment.
Requirements: Past food and beverage cooking experience required; Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts; Must commit to working the entire baseball season from start to finish; Willingness and ability to work long hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly; Extremely coachable, upbeat, and positive attitude; Highly motivated with a strong work ethic; Passion for providing an exceptional fan experience; Strong desire to work in a team environment
