Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of cooking in a professional environment; professional demeanor with Jedi-like temperament; passion for purveyor/local farmer relationships; advanced knife handling skills; strong leadership skills; must have a current ServSafe Certification or PA Food Handlers; creativity in developing new menu items; proficient cooking skill and technique; ability to work confidently in all kitchen stations including expo; commitment to creating nutritious and imaginative Family Meals; experience in food budgeting, cost optimization, and food safety practices; skilled in staff education
