About: A restaurant is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook to ensure the quality and standards of the menu items assigned to their station. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety, sanitation, and food standards in accordance with recipes and procedures at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of work or related experience preferred; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays; attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work well in a team environment; strong knowledge of safe food handling practices and OSHA guidelines
