Position: Line Cook – Chef Xue – Full Time
About: The Line Cook position at Night+Market is responsible for basic and extensive food preparation at a specific station or multiple stations. All duties must be performed in accordance with SNHD, Night + Market, and Virgin Hotels Las Vegas policies.
Requirements: Active SNHD Food Handlers card. Strong communication skills, inclusive of spelling and grammar. Strong line cook or comparable background, with at least two years of recent high-volume establishment experience.
