The LifeCafe Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily shift operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining food quality standards for a positive member and guest experience.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire; ServeSafe certification within the first 60 days of hire; ability to lift more than 20 lbs regularly; ability to work in a stationary position and move around the Cafe for extended periods; night and weekend availability essential based on business needs.
