Position: Lead Line Cook- Bottleworks Hotel

They are currently seeking a Lead Line Cook to join their team at Bottleworks Hotel in Indianapolis, known for seamlessly blending historic architectural features with modern amenities.
Requirements: Previous experience in a non-fast food restaurant or culinary school training required; ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of employment; ability to perform basic math operations; can keep up with a fast-paced environment and work late nights, weekends, and holidays; minimum age of 18 required; able to work with minimum supervision; must wear non-slip shoes as protective clothing; U.S. Work Authorization required
