Position: Lead Line Cook
About: Immediate full-time opening for a lead line cook with experience in refined Italian dining. This position is with a company in the culinary industry.
Requirements: A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role; strong plating abilities; strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices; teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; cultural fit is very important; ability to cook proteins; ability to make pasta; experienced managing P&Ls, labor, purchasing, vendors and quality control; must possess consistent and stable work experience; well-versed in timely email etiquette as well as written and verbal communication; experienced in training and leading teams as well as production of large quantity food; preparation and excellent knowledge of quality food operations.
