Position: Lead Hotel Efficiency, Resource & Operations Coordinator
About: Choice Hotels International, Inc., one of the largest lodging franchisors globally, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Lead Hotel Efficiency, Resource & Operations Coordinator in the Brand Operations Department – Core Brands. This position involves supporting brand programs and initiatives aimed at enhancing guest satisfaction, program engagement, and franchise support efficiency across a portfolio of midscale and upper midscale properties.
Requirements: Associate College Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience; minimum of 5 years previous hotel leadership experience, with Choice branded hotel experience preferred; strong verbal and written communication skills; relationship builder with the ability to hold franchisee owners and GMs accountable; proficient in MS Office applications; ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
