Position: Lead Cook (Catering)
About: Brown University Dining Services is seeking a Lead Cook (Catering) to join their team. This full-time role is based onsite in Brown University.
Requirements: Meets all qualifications of subordinate positions; skilled culinarian with the ability to perform tasks independently and to high standards; demonstrated leadership skills in prioritizing and coordinating complex production tasks; good understanding of catering department operations; respect for interrelationships in a large production environment; availability for flexible work schedule including some evening and early morning shifts; willingness to promote diversity and inclusion; ability to maintain accurate production records; high standards of quality, sanitation, and safety; RI Food Safety Certification
