Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Culinary certification preferred; Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience with leadership experience a plus; Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency underwriting standards if driving on agency business; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines (e.g., ServSafe certification preferred); Ability to read and interpret financial statements, budgets, audit reports, etc; Strong organizational and time-management skills; Ability to adapt menus to meet dietary restrictions and preferences; Passion for working with children and youth in a supportive environment
