Requirements: Basic knowledge of mathematics including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division; Familiarity with weight and volume measurements; Minimum of 3 years experience in preparing Mexican dishes; Manual dexterity; 2 years experience in inventory control; 3 years experience in customer service; Conversational Spanish proficiency; 2 years experience in staff management; GED and health certification for food handling
