Position: Lead Cook
About: ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Lead Cook at The Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center. Responsible for preparing food in a timely and consistent manner in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Must work well in a team, follow safety procedures, and have a high tolerance for kitchen heat.
Requirements: Must be 18 to apply; Received High school diploma or GED; Must have current ServeSafe certification; At least 3 years of experience in food service; Ability to produce quality food in a fast-paced environment; Positive attitude and customer service oriented; Good work ethic; Strong knowledge of sanitary practices; Ability to work flexibly, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Attention to detail
