Position: Lead Concierge

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Two (2) to five (5) years’ experience as a Concierge, Office Manager, or in an administrative/customer service role required; One (1) to two (2) years’ experience managing a small team of direct reports required; Experience working in a senior living community preferred; Ability to effectively use technology, including computers, iPads/tablets, word processing, and internet/email; Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record per company’s policy; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Proactive and solution-oriented attitude with a focus on creating positive experiences
