Position: Lead Barista
About: Fresh Baguette is a fast-growing artisanal bakery based in Bethesda, MD, specializing in fresh organic breads, pastries, sweets, and croissants inspired by French bakeries. With seven retail locations, two production bakeries, and a strong wholesale presence, we supply fresh products to coffee shops, restaurants, hotels, and grocery stores daily.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a barista or in food service; Experience in a shift lead or supervisory role preferred; Commitment to Fresh Baguette’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Reliability, Teamwork, Commitment, and Customer Orientation; Passion for coffee and bread; Strong cash and credit-handling skills with attention to detail; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Willingness to continuously learn and seek growth opportunities
