Position: Lake Compounce – Full-time Campground Manager

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred; 3+ years of previous campground manager experience or 5+ years of patronage at campgrounds preferred; 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience in a campground or lodging setting required; Previous experience with reservation systems, lodging operations, and retail operations highly desired; Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills a plus
