Position: Kitchen Supervisor – Tulu Seaside Bar & Grill, Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront
About: Coordinates and manages all aspects of food production of the restaurant and/or hotel and banquets, assisting the chef(s) with daily duties. The position involves overseeing food quality, directing kitchen staff, ensuring cleanliness and organization, and maintaining equipment in optimal working order.
Requirements: Culinary Related College or Trade school education preferred; (3) years experience in a similar position; Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel; Possess good leadership and organizational skills; Knowledge of Restaurant Industry; Experience in a corporate atmosphere
