About: Coordinates and manages all aspects of food production in a restaurant or hotel, assisting the chef(s) with daily duties. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, ensuring food quality, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety practices. The role involves overseeing food production to meet quality standards and guest satisfaction.
Requirements: Culinary Related College or Trade school education preferred; experience in a hands-on kitchen management position; 3 years of experience in a similar position; good leadership and organizational skills; proficient in Word and Excel; three (3) years or more experience in a High Volume Restaurant Business; good knowledge of the Restaurant Industry; experience working in a corporate atmosphere
