About: The Kitchen Supervisor at Marcus Theatres is responsible for overseeing the training and supervision of kitchen associates, supporting food production, and maintaining high operational standards. This position reports to the General Manager and offers a starting wage of $16.50.
Requirements: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; 2-3 years of lead cook experience; knowledge of safety and sanitation standards; experience with kitchen equipment; basic mathematical skills; strong interpersonal and communication skills; motivated to learn new skills and tasks; ability to work long hours; ability to stay calm under pressure
