About: Gold Key|PHR Supervisors oversee and coordinate all aspects of food production in a restaurant or hotel, ensuring quality and timely service. They work closely with the chefs to manage daily operations and maintain high standards of food production.
Requirements: Basic math skills required for maintaining cost-effective operations; Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel; Excellent leadership and organizational skills; Culinary-related college or trade school education preferred; Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar kitchen management position; Good knowledge of the restaurant industry and experience working in a high-volume restaurant or corporate setting
