Position: Kitchen Supervisor
About: Forefront Healthcare is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee dining services at senior living communities in Billings, MT. The role involves leading a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality meal preparation, and creating a welcoming dining experience for residents in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Requirements: At least two (2) years of food service experience, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting; strong knowledge of quantity food preparation, special diets, and portion control in a senior living or healthcare environment; ability to read, understand, and follow recipes, diet orders, and work assignments; must have the flexibility to work hours outside the regular schedule; patient, compassionate, and able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff; ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds.
