Position: Kitchen Supervisor
About: Forefront Healthcare is a specialized company serving the continuum of care with tailored culinary and support services, enhancing the patient and resident experience. They are currently seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee dining services at senior living communities in Billings, MT.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; at least two (2) years of food service experience in a senior living or healthcare setting; strong knowledge of quantity food preparation, special diets, and portion control; ability to read, understand, and follow recipes and diet orders; flexibility to work hours outside the regular schedule; patient, compassionate, and effective communication skills; ability to handle physical demands of the job
