Position: Kitchen Supervisor

Requirements: High volume kitchen experience required; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques and health department regulations; able to obtain a Food Handlers Permit; strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to stand and move for entire shifts, lift at least 25 pounds, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays
