Position: Kitchen Supervisor
About: A theater/restaurant kitchen is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily culinary kitchen operations and back of house areas. The role involves supervising, training, and coordinating activities of kitchen team members to ensure efficient and high-quality food service in a dynamic environment.
Requirements: Culinary Arts or Culinary Certificate preferred; at least two years of experience in large, complex operations with a focus on food and beverage programs, hospitality, and brand management; ability to perform physical tasks such as frequent standing, bending/kneeling, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs; demonstrate leadership by providing guidance to team members, fostering teamwork, and effective communication skills
