Position: Kitchen Supervisor
About: The Aster Hotel is currently seeking a diligent and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee and coordinate all kitchen activities effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure the kitchen operates efficiently, maintains high-quality food standards, and leads a motivated culinary team to success.
Requirements: Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar volume-based business; Proven supervisory experience in a kitchen setting; High School Diploma or GED Equivalent; Strong knowledge of food safety regulations; Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail; Excellent organizational and communication skills; Culinary certification or equivalent experience preferred; Knowledge of inventory management and food costing; Ability to create recipes from scratch; Food handler’s certificate; At least eighteen (18) years of age.
