Position: Kitchen Supervisor
About: Avalon Hotel Beverly Hills is seeking a motivated Kitchen Supervisor to assist in oversight of the Heart of House at our 84-room boutique luxury property located in the heart of the city. Our ideal candidate will have an excellent record of kitchen and staff supervision within a full-service restaurant.
Requirements: 1-2 years of experience as a Supervisor or Lead Line Cook; Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions; Familiar with industry’s best practices; BS degree in culinary science or related certificate would be a plus; Valid Food Handlers Certification
