Position: Kitchen Production Team Leader
About: IKEA, a renowned furniture and home furnishings company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join their team in managing the day-to-day kitchen operations at the IKEA Restaurant, Bistro, and Co-worker restaurant. This role entails overseeing goods flow, inventory management, purchasing, waste management, and more to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests.
Requirements: 3 years of experience leading in a high-volume restaurant kitchen in a customer-facing environment; Food Handlers Certification preferred; Knowledge of HACCP plans, food quality, and safety systems; Familiarity with local and Federal food legislation
