Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to work weekends and holidays; understanding of all key components of department operations; ability to manage people and organize workloads; ability to make intelligent decisions quickly; tactful handling of stressful situations and positive interaction with associates and customers; effective written and verbal communication skills; qualifications to operate power machinery and work with various job tools; grocery retail work experience desired; past work record reflecting dependability and integrity
