About: Sushi Kuro is a fast casual sushi and ramen restaurant located inside Zeppelin Station in downtown Denver. We are currently seeking an Experienced Sushi Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, flexible, and dedicated to refining their sushi craft.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; sushi experience preferred; management experience preferred; strong fish fabrication skills; general food knowledge; understanding of different types of fish; proficiency in the rice cooking process; knowledge of sanitation practices; excellent knife skills; proper fish storage techniques; positive attitude; reliable transportation
Benefits: competitive hourly wage of $23-28, tips included, opportunities for quarterly bonuses based on restaurant performance, full-time employment, 45-60 hours per week, 2-11pm shift, 5 days a week (Wednesday-Sunday)
