About: USC Auxiliary Services, one of the largest divisions at The University of Southern California, is focused on providing innovative services through its six central business units to create the best USC experience for students, athletes, faculty, staff, and visitors. The USC Hotel, owned and operated by USC, offers modern accommodations and event spaces after a recent renovation, showcasing the traditions of USC.

Requirements: Specialized or technical training; 3 years of experience; Experience in leadership role in high-volume, full-service kitchen environment; Strong track record of success in previous assignments; Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety laws; Ability to supervise and train other workers; Effective communication in English; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Valid CA driver’s license; Commitment to USC’s Unifying Values
