Position: Kitchen Manager (Troy, NY)
About: Devita Hancock Hospitality is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Manager to lead the team in delivering exceptional dining experiences and outstanding hospitality. The Kitchen Manager will oversee key areas of the kitchen, including Expo, Smokehouse, prep, and line quality, alongside front-of-house systems like To-Go, Host, Bar, and service standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years in a management role; 3+ years in full-service restaurant operations; 3+ years of hands-on Back of House (BOH) experience; proven ability to manage a team of at least 15 staff members; strong skills in managing inventory and controlling budgets
