Position: Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef
About: We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Kitchen Manager/Sous Chef to lead our culinary team in a fast-paced, high-quality dining environment in Fort Lee, NJ. The role requires a strong leader with excellent culinary skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional food experiences by maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or in a similar leadership role in a high-volume kitchen; Culinary degree or equivalent professional cooking experience preferred; Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment, food safety standards, and inventory management; Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills; Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Creative with a passion for delivering high-quality and innovative dishes; Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively; Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
