Position: Kitchen Manager & Service Manager
About: Zea Rotisserie and Bar, managed by Taste Buds Management LLC, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join their team. The Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and upholding company values and culture. This position involves working closely with the general manager, coordinating with various departments, and adapting to the dynamic needs of the business environment.
Requirements: College coursework preferred; high school diploma or equivalency required; previous management (any) or hospitality industry experience required; proficiency communicating (speaking, reading, and writing) in English; bilingual preferred; must be at least 21 years of age; must have basic mathematical skills
